Where are you located?
Alpine Pals is based in Canada and inspired by cozy mountain days, snowy and downhill adventures, and the animal pals that make the outdoors feel a little more fun.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship to customers in Canada and the United States only. We hope to expand shipping to more countries in the future.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes! Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your Alpine Pals package on its way to you.
What materials are your products made of?
Our products are made with comfortable, everyday-ready fabrics selected for softness, warmth, and casual mountain style. Materials may vary by product, but our tees are typically cotton-based, while our hoodies and crewnecks are cozy cotton/poly fleece blends.
